Class Cancellation / No-Show Policy
We know that life happens - that's why we are proud to offer you the most accommodating cancellation policy. If you made a reservation (per dog) for a particular class and discover you are unable to attend and do not give us at least 48 HOURS BEFORE the class begins, a non-refundable administrative fee of $45.00 per reservation will be assessed to you. You may transfer your attendance to another class if you are unable to provide 48-hour prior notice, however, if you do not attend, you will be held responsible for the non-refundable administrative fees. You must notify Dog Training by PJ at 775-828-0748 by noon, the previous business day and 48 hours before the class begins to not be subject to the administrative fee .
No refunds will be given for non-attendance of any class session once class begins. You are responsible to attend all sessions as outlined in the class schedule. Makeup sessions can be scheduled as a private session with your Instructor, however the make-up is charged to you as a one-hour private consultation fee.
Your class materials will be provided to you electronically if you miss a session. At Dog Training by PJ our classes are limited in attendance size and often will depend on your participation to offer the class and provide you with optimal training. Full refunds will only be given if Dog Training by P.J. cancels the class. We truly appreciate your patronage and look forward to serving you for years to come.
POLICY FOR REFUNDS: To obtain a partial refund for a class you have reserved and/or attended, Dog Training by PJ reserves the right to collect a $45.00 administrative fee per reservation. This Administrative Fee represents a reservation and attendance in class. Your refund request must be in writing (via email or snail mail) and must be requested prior to the second session of the class. No exceptions. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN once you have attended two sessions of a class series.
Dog Training by PJ's classes are limited in size for your maximum training and learning experience. Many of our classes have "wait lists." The remainder of class fees will be divided by each session attended .
Please note: Only the sessions not attended will receive a partial refund after the administrative fee is collected and the administrative fee is per dog/reservation. Each reservation holds a spot in a limited sized-class. We encourage you to consider transferring to a different class where your fees will be transferred, however the transferring is subject to availability of the class and determined by the class sessions previously attended by you. We reserve the right to not issue a refund.
